The small flying shear is equipped with a paper receiver, an unwinding machine, a clamping feeder, a six-unit precision leveling machine, a film-applying and fixed-length feeding machine, a flying shear controlled by a servo motor, and a material receiver.
Paper collector
The paper collector is used to wind and store the backing paper rolls that come with the raw steel coils. It employs a constant-tension winding mode.
Hydraulic uncoiler with a V-shaped loading trolley. Advantages: The entire production line operates at high speed with smooth and stable performance.
The leveling machine consists of a frame section, a pinch-roll section, a six-layer roller leveling section, a transmission box section, and a working-roll cleaning mechanism.
The rod motor rotates, driving the wool felt to move back and forth horizontally, thereby cleaning the surface of the working roll.
Film-applying and fixed-length feeding machine: This machine consists of an upper and lower film-releasing/static-electric paper-covering mechanism, a film-applying mechanism, a length-detection device, a fixed-length feeding mechanism, and a transmission-box mechanism.
Servo motor-controlled flying shear machine
The servo motor-controlled flying shear machine consists of a gearbox mechanism, a shearing mechanism, and a transmission mechanism.
The material receiving machine is responsible for conveying the sheared steel plates to the stacking rack for stacking operations.
The material receiving machine consists of a conveyor belt frame mechanism, a longitudinal alignment mechanism, a lateral alignment mechanism, and a stacking platform mechanism.
The hydraulic system of this production line consists of one hydraulic power unit along with corresponding valves, pipelines, cylinders, and other components. The maximum working pressure is 12 MPa. The hydraulic power unit provides hydraulic power for operations such as material feeding, header guiding, and coil unwinding. An integrated valve station is used, with valve blocks installed separately on the oil tank and equipment bed frame. Air cooling is employed for heat dissipation.
There is one main operator console for the electrical control system, one auxiliary operator console for unwinding, and one auxiliary operator console for stacking materials. The entire line adopts centralized control. The main operator console features a 10-inch digital display, high- and low-speed adjustment, manual feed, continuous cutting, and fault alarm functions. The speed-control system’s programmable logic controller (PLC) is a product of Siemens. Electrical control components are either imported products or joint-venture products of comparable quality. Standard electrical cabinets, the main control console, auxiliary control consoles, button boxes, detection components, as well as cables and wires are all included. A touch screen interface allows for convenient switching between manual, single-cycle, and automatic modes, and enables real-time monitoring of the operating status of each component, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the production line.
